Areas of coaching experience:
Individual Coaching- both coach individuals in person or by phone to create powerful speeches and presentations. The focus can be on content or delivery, depending on the needs of the individual.
Group Coaching- when a team needs to give a team presentation, I go through their presentation with them from start to finish. I establish goals, craft content that works and polish the presentation. I work with the team as a whole and with individual team members, as needed. In person coaching includes videotaping and critiquing of the presentation, focusing on gentle, positive feedback.
Levels of clients coached: clients have included men, women, young, older, bestselling authors, professional speakers, entrepreneurs, corporate employees, new hires and job seekers. I work well with anyone who wants to improve their speaking skills
