Lifestyle Coaching- I have been teaching and coaching on my cable television show for more than three and a half years, airing 3 days per week in 5 Minneapolis metro suburbs I also offer my expertise far beyond the camera to her fans through email, teleclasses, conferences, seminars and symposiums.
Leadership Coaching-I have lead conferences for business and professional organizations since March 2000. Small group discussions, break-out sessions, and one-on-one coaching prove to be very effective.
Group Coaching- conducts teleclasses, workshops, seminars, and smaller scale events.
