Interactivity Overload

So I just finished a 2 day escape from the office, graphic, web, media overload at the INTERACT08 media/web conference held at the Ronald Regan Builiding in downtown DC.  To say I felt intimidated, that my last 6 months collaborative efforts with my incredible team of geeks, designers and creative technicians has been a folly exercise in the “get of the box” and explore fitness in a new way…is as you can see a runover mashup of thoughts/words/ideas!  O what the heck I dont even know what I’m talking about any more.

When our team set out to bring an interactive health and fitness experience to the web we truly had no idea what we were embarking on.  My last two days spent submerged in this ubiquitous world of web/media mania has proven just that.  We’ve got alot to learn, a long way to go and a heck of work cut out for us.  The end result…..our customers, readers, clients AINT SEEN NOTHING YET.

Managing Time

Lately, I’ve been hearing the same complaint from everyone “there’s never enough time to exercise!” And now I find even the polling houses are commenting on the same statistics:

One report from the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston documents that from 1965 to 2003 “…leisure time for men increased by 6-8 hours per week (driven by a decline in market work hours) and for women by 4-8 hours per week (driven by a decline in home production work hours).” READ MORE…

Reduce Stress or Live With it!
